1. Services
The Third Knot Pictures provides photography, videography, and related visual storytelling services. The scope of services, deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be discussed and agreed upon prior to confirmation of any booking.
2. Booking & Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the agreed advance payment.
Dates are reserved strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.
Any verbal discussions are non-binding unless confirmed in writing.
3. Payments
A non-refundable advance is required to secure your booking.
The remaining balance must be paid as per the agreed schedule, usually before or on the event date.
Late payments may result in delayed delivery of final content.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Advances are non-refundable in case of cancellation by the client.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be informed in advance.
In case The Third Knot Pictures is unable to perform due to unforeseen circumstances, liability will be limited to a refund of the amount paid.
5. Creative Style & Editing
By booking, clients acknowledge familiarity with our style and creative approach.
Editing style, color tones, and composition are artistic decisions made by The Third Knot Pictures.
Requests for re-edits beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
6. Delivery Timeline
Delivery timelines vary depending on the project and workload.
Delays caused by factors beyond our control (client delays, force majeure, technical issues) will not be considered a breach of contract.
7. Copyright & Usage
All photographs and videos remain the intellectual property of The Third Knot Pictures.
Clients are granted personal usage rights.
Commercial usage, resale, or alteration without written consent is prohibited.
The Third Knot Pictures reserves the right to use content for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Client Responsibilities
Clients must ensure cooperation, punctuality, and access to locations.
Necessary permissions for shooting at venues are the client’s responsibility.
The Third Knot Pictures is not responsible for compromised output due to restrictions imposed by venues or authorities.
9. Limitation of Liability
While every effort is made to deliver high-quality work, The Third Knot Pictures shall not be liable for circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the services.
10. Force Majeure
The Third Knot Pictures shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond control, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, government restrictions, or technical failures.
11. Amendments
The Third Knot Pictures reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be effective upon posting or communication.
12. Governing Law
